"Pretty good selection and easy enough to browse"
West Music has a nice mix of instruments, books, and accessories, probably enough for most of what I was looking for. I found what I needed after just a few minutes of browsing, so it wasn’t a hassle. A couple of things seemed to be out of stock, which was a little frustrating, but overall the selection felt solid. I’d likely check here again...

"Decent prices, for once"
I’m used to feeling like I’m getting overcharged everywhere, so it was kind of a relief to find prices that actually seemed fair. Most of the stuff was worth the money, which doesn’t happen too often for me.

"Shipping is taking forever"
I’m still waiting on my order after two weeks, which is frustrating. I don’t know whoever runs this shipping process, but they really need to get it together. Not a good experience so far

"I wouldn’t bother ordering from here..."
I wouldn’t bother ordering from here again. The payment page kept glitching out, so I figured the order didn’t even go through, but then my card got charged anyway. Support kept saying they’d get back to me or fix it quickly, but that never really happened. It dragged on way longer than it should have, and the replies I did get were vague and unhelpful. Just a frustrating billing headache all around.

"Customer service was okay, but slower than I’d like"
The support team was alright overall, but the replies took longer than I personally expect. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just not quite up to the standard I usually look for when I need help

I went in not totally sure what I needed, and the staff were super helpful. At first I thought they were just being nice, no actually, they really knew their stuff and helped me figure out the right item without trying to upsell me. Overall, it was a really good experience

"Renting from them was SUCH a hassle"
I rented a trumpet from them the whole process was way slower than it needed to be. Then I started seeing charges that didn’t really make sense, and when I reached out to customer service, they weren’t much help at all. Super frustrating experience overall. I’m DEFINITELY not using them again.

The website is okay overall... it gets the job done, but I did find it a bit hard to navigate at times. Some sections felt less straightforward than I expected, so I had to click around a little more than I’d like.

"Not worth the money"
I was really disappointed with this repair. It took way longer than I expected, and after all that, the instrument still doesn’t feel or sound right. For what I paid, I expected a much better job.

"It arrived in bad shape..."
It arrived in bad shape and the quality just wasn’t good. I wasn’t expecting to have to deal with returning or fixing something right out of the box, so this was more effort than it was worth.

"Return was easier than I expected"
I had to exchange a music book and, i wasn’t sure if I’d messed something up when I ordered it. The whole process took a few days, but support was helpful and got it sorted out without much hassle. Painless in the end.
